http://www.seo.dc.gov/ - The DC Tuition Grant Assistance Program provides DC residents who qualify and have graduated from high school on or after January 1, 1998, with a grant to attend public colleges and universities nationwide. DCLEAP provides grants to District residents who have financial need.

http://www.udc.edu/ - The University of the District of Columbia is a comprehensive public institution offering affordable postsecondary education degrees at the associates, baccalaureate, and graduate levels to D.C. residents and non-residents alike.
