1. DOWNLOAD, PRINT, and COMPLETE the Participation Agreement application.

2. SELECT ONE of the following:

   • Make contributions automatically from your bank account.
     Mail your completed application and a voided check from your checking account.
   • Make contributions through payroll deduction.
     Download and complete a payroll deduction form and mail it with your completed application.
   • Send contributions directly by check.
     Mail your completed application and a check ($100 minimum) paid to the order of DC College Savings Plan.
   • Invest through a financial advisor.
     Send the advisor your completed application and your first check paid to the order of DC College Savings Plan.
